I came across Harper Floors online store, searching on Google. They ship from California and New Jersey. I ordered samples and got them in 48 hours - impressive. We tested waterproof flooring samples and they really are waterproof, plus they look great! With two small kids and a dog we needed something durable but wanted the look of real hardwood. We tested vinyl SPC, vinyl WPC and vinyl ESPC flooring. They all passed kids and dog tests. Excellent choice of colors and designs. We selected ESPC vinyl flooring Encanto color and was delivered fast. Faster than local retails store we considered could deliver.
